Description 1: Wire Saw Machine
The electrical control system of ou saw machine are with PLC and two inverters that allow to variable linear speed of wire from 0-40 M/S. The translation and 360 degree rotation of flywheel-holder head of saw machine are motorized and allow an easy and fast positioning of the machine, as well as the execution of two parallel cuts. All the movement of the saw machines are motorized and an automatic mechanism keeps always constant and programmed tension of diamond wire in working conditions. Our Saw Machine are with Safety devices that shut off the machine in case of wire breakage, over voltage, over electric current, over heating of motor, incorrect maneuvers etc. The greatest advantage of our saw machine are safe cutting and good diamond wire durability as well as being user friendly.
 
The major functions of our saw machine:
1-Variable wire speed range from 0-40 M/S
2- Automatic step-less tensioning system to keep the wire always in optimal working condition.
3. Motorized rotation of driving wheel holder from 0-3600 with limit protection for over movement.
4. Motorized lateral extension of flywheel shaft position +/- 350-400mm with limit protection for over movement.
5- Maximum travel speed on rail without loading 1.75 Meters/Min.
6- Safety alarm and stop system in case of unexpected wire break or any other faults.
7- Distant control with very simple panel to operate the saw with better safety easier understanding to the operator.
8-Separate automatic reset selection switch to control the rotation and lateral extension movement; Which can be take off when it is no need.
9-20 second main motor start alarm sound and flash light to warn around people leave away.
10-Big and strong steel frame with dimension of 2m length, 1.4m width and 1.3meter height which allows more inside space for easier maintenance and repairment.

Description 2: DTH Drill Machine
DTH drill machine is mainly used for perforation working during stone quarrying.

DTH drill machine commonly used for drilling use a pneumatic system: The energy thrust is transmitted by compressed air. In fact Mining drilling machine need air compressors.

The pneumatic hammers penetrate the rock mass by means of a drill rod that is nothing more than a shaped steel rod. The pneumatic system is supported or sometimes substituted by the hydraulic system in which hydraulic oil instead of air is used to transmit the energy.

Description 3: Diamond Wire for Stone Quarry
Black rubber coated quarry diamond wire is widely used in the granite, sandstone, onyx quarries etc. 

The quarry diamond wire is essentially composed of three main components:
1) Steel cable with different diameter depending on the application.
The cable is made in German formed by 7 secondary cables with different diameters depending on the type.
2) Sintered diamond beads.
Bond and diamond studied for the material to cut.
3) Assembly with black rubber.
Protects the steel cable from the abrasive action of the stone and also absorbs the energy of the cutting friction of the beads against the stone.Technical Data:
